Overview This position has a hard requirement: direct experience on a DOE EM FAR-based Tier 1 contract within the last 24 months. If that is you, you'll serve as a senior project controls resource embedded with Control Account Managers (CAMs) on infrastructure projects, ensuring EVMS data integrity and compliance with the approved Earned Value Management System Description. Day to day, that means building and maintaining integrated master schedules, developing ETCs, running variance analysis, and presenting cost and schedule performance to senior leadership. Specifically: developing and controlling resource-loaded IMS in Primavera P6, supporting baseline change proposals and contract change orders, participating in Internal Change Control Board (ICCB) and DOE change control meetings, preparing life-cycle cost estimates, and supporting bids, REAs, and material take-offs. Duties
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using advanced project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and PPM software to ensure timely delivery aligned with project scope and objectives
  • Lead program development efforts by defining scope, establishing milestones, and integrating work breakdown structures (WBS) for complex environmental projects
  • Implement rigorous project controls including earned value management (EVM), cost control, risk management, and schedule variance analysis to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to accurately capture project needs and translate them into actionable plans using business process modeling and process mapping techniques
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and Kaizen events to identify inefficiencies, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Oversee project stakeholder communication by preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly articulate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project controls activities while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements

Job Summary The Construction Site Security Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all site security operations throughout the life of the construction project. This position serves as the primary liaison between project leadership, government security representatives, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure compliance with all federal security requirements. This is a security management position responsible for planning, coordination, compliance, and execution—it is not a security guard or patrol position. Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce security policies tailored specifically to construction site
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Site Security Plan.
  • Manage all site security operations in accordance with federal contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with Government security personnel, project management, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee personnel badging, credentialing, visitor management, and access control.
  • Administer vehicle and material delivery security procedures.
  • Conduct routine security inspections and vulnerability assessments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Site Security Plans.
  • Experience managing access control, badging, visitor management, incident reporting, and security documentation.
  • Experience coordinating directly with Government security officials and multiple subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security principles, site security planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret security requirements, project specifications, and government directives.

Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting one or more of the following:
